For this reason we have now decided to establish a special program aimed at helping our customers to meet the challenges involved with the need for speed. With our new 24/7 Stock Service we lead the market when it comes to combining speedy stock delivery and around the clock service.

Customer driven
Based upon specific information gathered from discussions with our customers, we have made a careful selection and created a stock of our most wanted butterfly valves in Wafer, Lug, Mono Flange, Double Flange, and HP Wafer types. Products selected are now available for extra quick delivery, including 24/7 service. Depending on their particular situation, customers can choose from three levels of 24/7 Stock Service:

Emergency
On-site delivery within 24 hours, on the very day of ordering if possible.

Express*
Next-day availability; items ordered by 10 AM on weekdays will be available within 24 hours.

Fast*
Availability in 2 or (for Double Flange and Wafer HP types) 3 days.

* Note: there is cost differentiation on the various delivery service models.
